The idea of "Le Gibier Restaurant" was born on a hunting trip to europe in early 2018. The team was so eager to start that we opened our doors on August 1, 2018.
We are committed to serve the highest quality and best taste and ensure the fulliest experience to our customers. We mainly serve game species (Deer, Boar, Hare, Pheasant, Duck, Goose, Quail, Partridge and Birds) but also provide some traditional platters (Beef, Chicken, Salmon) for the non-adventurous eaters out there.
